How do I rent a bus?
First, let us know about your travel requirement by getting in touch with us on +91-970-213-0099 / +91-976-804-0099. We’ll get back to you soon with a quite depending on the ride chosen by you. Also, to confirm your booking we follow a 20% advance payment rule.
Do I need a permit to travel within Maharashtra and other states?
Abiding by the laws, every vehicle owner has to make a special permit for 1 day from 12:00am to 12:00am as per the Maharashtra government rules & regulations, which are applicable in Maharashtra & other states. Coming to the buses, the ones with 13 to 49 seaters require a special permit too. Depending upon the vehicle seating capacity, the permit charges will vary. How will my personal travel manager be of assistance to me?
As per your travel needs, you can book buses of any size. This also includes requirements like weddings, outstation trips, corporate events, etc. We have different vehicles which you can hire like Minibuses, Tempo travelers, Coaches to know more please visit the Vehicles page.
He / She will be in charge of
1. Ensuring your journey is pleasant and memorable.
2. Coordinate with your driver to confirm the journey details in advance.
3. Keep the co-passengers updated and informed if any changes with reference to the trip details.
4. Inform if any special requests like food/water bottles, welcome gifts, etc…
How much luggage can I bring?
Most of our buses have the capacity to accommodate 1 small bag per passenger. Apart from this, if you intend to carry more luggage with you, we can work on such additional requirements. For the same, you first need to get in touch with our support team or discuss it with your travel manager.

What are the safety features on board?
The safety and security of our passengers/travelers is our topmost concern. This is why, every vehicle we provide is fitted with fire extinguishers, first aid kits, emergency exits, ABS & EBD. We assure you that all our vehicles are well-maintained and inspected before every trip.
What amenities/features are present on my bus?
Every vehicle has different levels of features which depends on what you choose to ride in. Check our ‘Vehicles page’s to know more about the options.
What does Sitaram Tours & Travels do to ensure that my bus is in good condition?
All of our vehicles are new and highly maintained as we strictly follow the well-serviced rule. Mandatory inspection, cleaning, and sanitization of the vehicles is done before every trip.
Do Sitaram Tours & Travels have a lost & found?
Any passenger who loses their personal items can email us at [email protected] or call us at +91-970-213-0099 / +91-976-804-0099. If you decide to email us, please include a brief description of the item, the location of where the personal item was possibly lost, along with your name and contact details.
